Technology is the boon for man but it can be dangerous also if used with ill mindset. Same happening in few parts of India. The social networking sites like facebook, twitter and video giant youtube are the three big names which are on the governments radar and bearing the blames of not being able to remove improper content from their websites and databases.
Technical languages are being used from both the website owners and the Indian government and now the ball is in courts D.
Following the blames, India forced ISP's to block the website youtu.be (a short form of youtube.com which is used for video sharing at social website levels) and twitter as well. It was an action without the court's order or the permission. we can call it the special power from the governemtn section used to block such internet activity. One of the biggest private ISP in the country AIRTEL also took precautions action be filtering keywords as per the department of telecom in india.
But both the ban were lifter only 3 hours later.
